In addition to adding more structure to my schedule in 2012, I have also devised a curriculum of sorts.
As much as I learn from the experience of running my company, I feel that I have been missing out on learning from others.
My mom always said "garbage in, garbage out." If I expect to produce great work, I need to be mentally feeding myself on a consistent basis.
That means less reality tv and more reading.
